Refund Policy
Delivery Address Requirements and Policy Guidelines: For the delivery of flowers, plants, presents, and preserved goods, it is essential that the sender provide accurate and complete delivery addresses. We cannot guarantee successful delivery to fictitious or incomplete addresses. If the provided address is incorrect or if the recipient cannot be located or contacted, delivery cannot be guaranteed. To ensure successful delivery, a valid local contact number is required. For orders destined for the US, it is especially important to provide the Base Name, Building Name, Building Number, and Recipient's Phone Number (preferably mobile) for successful delivery.

In cases where deliveries fail due to the recipient's absence at the provided address, refusal of delivery, or similar reasons, the following policies apply:
Cancellation and Refund: Requests for cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date to receive a full refund.
Partial Fulfillment: If we are unable to fulfill all or part of your purchase, we will promptly inform you and refund the amount for the undelivered portion, including the original product or any substitute product.
Refund Process: Upon receiving confirmation from the client or beneficiary via mail or phone, our business will initiate the online refund process. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for the refund to be processed.
